Tom Harmon is the first to hold the newly created position of CEO for Utah Scientific.
The former President, Earl Gray, is moving to the position of COO.
Harmon returned to Utah Scientific in November 2002 as VP of Marketing and Sales. Previously, he had been VP & General Manager of the Graphics Division of Chyron Corp. After leaving Utah Scientific the first time, Harmon co-founded Frontline/Vela Broadcast in 1995.
Utah Scientific, a manufacturer of analog, digital and HDTV routing and distribution products, is based in Salt Lake City.
