By TVTechnology published
Christie has announced the availability of a new high brightness video projector that boasts 35,000 center lumens (32,500 ANSI lumens) and features a three-chip DLP design.
The Roadie HD+35K projector has a native resolution of 2048x1080 and uses 10-bit processing.
“There is no comparison in terms of resolution, brightness and performance,” said George Tsintzouras, Christie’s director of product management. “The Christie Roadie HD+35K features a new motorized lens mount, making it even more installation-friendly. This new addition enables users to focus and adjust the projected image position with a remote control from the floor; a very welcome improvement to our award-winning Christie Roadie projector line.”
The projector also features user-replaceable lamps with automatic alignment and a built-in body handle for handling and rigging. As options, Christie is offering the company’s “Twist” feature for warping and blending of curved displays and its “AutoStack” software-driven camera system for blending and stacking images.
