Video compression systems provider Tandberg Television has completed the acquisition of N2 Broadband for $118 million in stock and cash.
As part of the full integration of both companies, N2 Broadband president and CEO, Reggie Bradford assumes the role of president of Tandberg Television.
Atlanta-based N2 Broadband provides open-platform technologies for on-demand entertainment.
The integrated companies in North America will be based out of Atlanta, and a development facility will be in Denver, Colo. with sales offices on both coasts and also in Canada.
