TeamCast has appointed Serge Mal as General Manager as part of a wider effort to is strengthening its operation.
Serge Mal was previously Director and Vice President of Multimedia Applications for Thales Broadcast and Multimedia, where he contributed to the company's success in the TV over ADSL market and to the first deployments of DVB-H mobile TV services.
