Media company Belo has hired Anna Nicodemus as vice president/internal audit.
Nicodemus' responsibilities include Belo's enterprise-wide internal audit function and she will also oversee the department's independent reviews and evaluations of the company's operations, controls, compliance and reporting functions.
Senior management, the audit committee of the board of directors and the company's independent auditors will be the recipients of her audio review results.
Nicodemus joins Belo after obtaining in-depth audit management experience at EDS, recently serving as audit director, managing field and audit professionals.
She holds a B.S. in business and public management from the State University of New York. She is a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner and certified internal auditor.
