AmberFin Names Jay Batista as President, Americas

AmberFin has appointed industry veteran Jay Batista as president of its Americas’ operation. In this newly created role, Batista is responsible for sales, marketing and business development, as well as driving the company’s business growth across the region.

Batista’s experience covers both hardware and software systems. Prior to joining the company, Batista was vice president of sales at VCI Solutions. He has also held senior roles at Harris’ Broadcast Communications division and California Microwave.

AmberFin is formerly part of the Snell & Wilcox Group. The company recently separated from Snell & Wilcox after the group merged with Pro-Bel. AmberFin is privately held by Advent Venture Partners and headquartered in Basingstoke, U.K. Its U.S. headquarters is located in Burbank, Calif.
