SAIT acquires Synergy 1


Students at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, are using a new Ross Video Synergy 1 digital production switcher as part of their broadcast engineering training.

Canada's Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) has acquired a Ross Video Synergy 1 digital production switcher, NK router and RossGear to train students in the Broadcast Technology program.

SBE has certified the SAIT Broadcast Technology program as an educational institution offering technical training in broadcast engineering or related fields.

Synergy 1 applications include a live to air broadcast studio, an editing suite, and a sports truck.
