Pixelmetrix has introduced VISUALmpeg, advanced coding analyzer for MPEG-4.
The new analyzer produced by the Singapore-based company, breaks down and inspects MPEG coding from bit rate, to macroblocks to motion vector analysis. Options include picture quality evaluation. VISUALmpeg supports MPEG-1, MPEG-4 and MPEG-4 part 10 formats.
Other features include header information, picture coding type, bit allocation, motion vectors, picture frequencies and MPEG artifacts.
