Optibase Introduces Video Encoding Software for Linux OS

Optibase has released a real-time encoding software development kit (RTE SDK) for developing digital video applications on the Linux operating system.
The RTE SDK for Linux supports RedHat 7.2 and 7.3 distributions, as well as Mandrake and SuSe. It offers Optibase SDK features, previously available only to Windows developers, including low latency support, on-screen display capability, PAL and NTSC inputs, preview and calibration of video and audio and compression of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video streams.
