Chyron to Debut 'Xtraordinary' Graphics at IBC

Chyron will use IBC to launch a series of new graphics products in Europe.

Among the highlights is Chyron's next generation interFuse adaptable workflow solution for news, sports, election coverage, entertainment and education. interFuse is fully Adobe XMP metadata aware.

Also new is the Version 7.0 of Chyron's Lyric Pro graphics package, which offers advanced animation creation, intelligent transitions and play-out. New features include 32 bit support for QuickTime movies and avi, adaptable geometry for 3D objects, FBX Importer for interoperability with Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya.

IBC will also mark the European launch of HyperX2, which replaces HyperX as Chyron's premier HD/SD graphics creation and play-out engine. The new HyperX2 HD/SD-switchable, single- or dual-channel system provides a number of new features including LEX2, Chyron's most advanced SD graphics system. A frame buffer with video mixer and optional clip player is integrated into a single output.

Solo2 is a graphics system-in-a-briefcase intended for networks, truck companies, rental houses and freelancers. The system includes a single HD/SD-switchable channel with digital keyer and SVGA preview that can run Lyric, Lyric PRO (optional), CAL (Chyron Application Layer) and Chyron's new full-featured LEIF API.

Also on display will Chyron's new Mobile Suite, WAPSTR, plus Chyron's HD/SD-switchable, turnkey branding system, Channel Box.

Chyron will be in Stand 3.349.
