Roger Ailes, chairman of Fox News Channel, has been appointed to the additional position of Chairman of Fox Television Stations.
Jack Abernethy, Chief Executive Officer of Fox Television Stations, will report to Ailes. Ailes will continue to report to News Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rupert Murdoch and Company President and Chief Operating Officer Peter Chernin.
