Test, measurement and monitoring equipment manufacturer Tektronix has added two new executives to its leadership,
Paul Oldham will now serve as VP, treasurer and director of investor relations and Chuck McLaughlin will move into Oldham's former role as VP, finance and corporate controller.
Oldham will now be responsible for treasury operations, corporate tax functions, corporate insurance and risk management and investor relations for the Beaverton, Ore.-based company.
In his new role, McLaughlin's responsibilities include monitoring the company's global accounting function, external reporting activities, financial planning and decision support as well as internal control and compliance.
