SeaChange and OmniBus partnered and developed an interface to use between SeaChange's server systems and OminBus' automation equipment. The companies debuted the interface this week at IBC in Amsterdam. OmniBus' user interface capabilities now extend to include SeaChange's Broadcast MediaCluster (BMC) line of play-to-air systems, and Broadcast Media Library, a storage system that brings media online. Both servers are based on SeaChange's Raid2 technology. The companies say the interface will aid broadcasters in streamlining their operations.
