The IEEE Broadcast Technology Society will present the organization's second International Symposium on Broadband Multimedia Systems and Broadcasting in Orlando, Fla. Scheduled for March 28-29, the event will take place in the Orange County Convention Center.
The event is an industry-oriented forum for presentation and exchange of technical information on advances in multimedia broadcasting, telecommunications, consumer electronics and networking technologies.
Seminar topics include transmission technologies, DTV systems, field trials/testing, multimedia processing, coding techniques and mobile TV.
Early registration deadline for the event is Feb. 26, and the hotel reservation cut-off date is Feb. 21.
