Harris has named Ricardo A. Navarro as vice president of corporate development. Prior to joining the company, Navarro served as senior vice president of business development and integration for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. His responsibilities include the identification, negotiations and integration of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other alliances of the company.
