Frontline Merges With BAF Communications
By TVTechnology published
Frontline Communications is expanding its assets by merging with Florida-based BAF Communications, a supplier to the mobile television broadcast market.
BAF will add an installed base of ENG, EFP and SNV vehicles to Frontline, allowing the company to expand its product offerings, sales and services. Frontline is also expanding its manufacturing and engineering capacity in Clearwater, Fla., in order to shorten lead times and improve customer service.
Frontline was recently purchased by Prime Medical Service Inc., which works in the custom vehicle manufacturing industry. Because of the purchase, Frontline will be able to offer a broader range of turnkey broadcast vehicles and use additional regionalized service facilities.
