Dielectric Appoints Fichter VP of Operations


Mark Fichter has been promoted to vice president of operations at Dielectric Communications, which manufactures broadcast antenna systems for television, mobile media, and radio. In his new position, Fichter takes responsibility for all aspects of the manufacturing operation at Dielectric’s Raymond, Maine location.

Fichter has more than 20 years of experience in operational management and engineering for the manufacturing industry. He joined Dielectric Communications in 2001, where he most recently served as manager of operational excellence. Prior to Dielectric, Fichter served as vice president of operations for Maine Poly, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
