Members of Congress and their staffers will participate in two NAB2003 convention events, the Congressional Breakfast and the "Legislating the Airwaves" session.

Sens Conrad Burns (R-MT) and Norm Coleman (R-MN) and Reps. Rick Boucher (D-VA), Eliot Engel (D-NY), Gene Green (D-TX) and Lee Terry (R-NE), will attend the Congressional Breakfast at the Las Vegas Hilton on April 7. The event will be moderated by Steve Newberry, president and CEO of Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation and vice chairman of the NAB Radio Board of Directors.

"Legislating the Airwaves" follows later that day with seven congressional aides, advisors to members of the House and Senate Commerce committees, who specialize in telecommunications policy and will discuss the decision making process on Capitol Hill.
