Collins, Deadman & Williams in for IBIS

IBIS (Integrated Broadcast Information Systems) has engaged three new members of staff to meet customer requirements.

Glen Collins has joined as a software developer from TRG Europe. With extensive experience as an IT solutions architect, Glen has a deep and varied understanding of hardware and software installation, according to an IBIS statement.

Dan Deadman has moved from Harris Systems Ltd to join IBIS as a Project Engineer. His experience in configuring systems and fault-finding together with his particular understanding and knowledge of IBIS' partners Omneon and Front Porch Digital applications will be of great benefit to IBIS, says the company.

Finally, Matthew Williams has joined the IBIS sales team. Having worked for Channel 4 Television, Red Bee Media and the BBC, he has a comprehensive understanding of graphics and media planning, together with broad knowledge of operational and playout development as well as 'sharp end' experience as a transmission manager and network director, says IBIS.

IBIS Managing Director, Mike Shaw, says "The expansion in the IBIS team is a reflection of the increasing demand for IBIS applications. We understand that our most valuable assets are the members of our team and these appointments demonstrate our commitment to continue to provide our customers with the best there is — both in personnel and in technology."
