Ciprico’s newly debuted InfiniBand Bridge and 4Gb Fibre Channel MediaVault 4110 RAID array have been tested and certified as compatible with the DALSA Origin 4K digital cinematography camera.
The Ciprico MediaVault InfiniBand Bridge and 4110 package are optimized to meet the storage demands of working in a 4K format for a variety of post production applications.
The packaged solution combines the InfiniBand Bridge server, which aggregates multiple 4110 RAID units, each of which has a single 4Gb Fibre Channel controller and 10 non-removable disks in a 1U rack-mounted enclosure, into a larger system capable of delivering 20Gb performance.
