Chyron has named Michael Wellesley-Wesley as president and CEO of the company as of Feb. 21. He is replacing Roger Henderson, who ran the company for more than three years and will remain as a director of Chyron.
Mr. Wellesley-Wesley served as Chyron's chairman and CEO from July 1995 to June 1997 and chairman from June 1999 to Dec. 2001. He has been chairman of Chyron's executive committee since Jan. 2002.
