Alpermann+Velte introduces new computer hardware solution

The SDI digital Video Time Code's automatic detection from the frame rate enables easy operation (24, 25, 30, 30 DF).

Alpermann+Velte has introduced its SDI digital Video Time Code reader card with a PCI interface.

Each card has its own processor system with a register set for data transfer. Critical time routines are decoupled from the PC’s CPU, which enables extensive error checking. An automatic detection from the frame rate enables an easy operation (24, 25, 30, 30 DF).

Drivers and support for Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT 4.0/2000 are standard. C/C++, Visual Basic and Delphi programming languages are also supported.

The cards are available now.
