Systems integrator Advanced Broadcast Solutionshas joined forces with Orlando, FL-based FX Group — a lighting, set design, and graphics company — to crosspromote and expand each other’s complementary portfolio of services to broadcast customers.
FX Group specializes in custom set design and construction, set remodeling and lighting design and integration services for news, sports, weather, webcasts and other live broadcasts. As part of its turnkey services, the company designs and integrates live motion graphics and on-set media displays.
According to ABS President Mark Siegel, the partnership aligns both companies’ core competencies to better meet the needs of broadcasters, particularly as they migrate to 16:9 SD and HD production.
