Vislink News and Entertainment to introduce Link XPc

Vislink News and Entertainment will unveil its new Link XPc wireless camera transmitter at Broadcast Asia in Singapore, June 16-19.

The Link XPc has all of the capabilities of the original Link XP news transmitter in a smaller form. The new transmitter supports all SD video formats with PAL, NTSC and SDI inputs, and comes with RS-232 for control and data and Audio 1 stereo pairs, line level or mic level.

Its specification includes the standard DVB-T 6MHz, 7MHz and 8MHz bandwidths, QPSK, 16-QAM or 64-QAM modulation. In addition, it has Vislink’s LMS-T 10MHz QPSK or 16-QAM modulation offering higher data rates and greater robustness than DVB-T. The output is -3dBm nominal to an external amplifier. It operates in a range of frequencies from 1.05GHz to 2.7GHz depending on the model. Power input is 12V.
