Tahiti Nui TV has upgraded its Sundance Digital transmission commercial insertion systems to the new FastBreak NXT XPress edition in order to streamline program play-to-air functions as well as improve the management of digital spot insertion. The system was installed by Auckland, New Zealand, -based Gencom Technology.
The Sundance FastBreak NXT product range offers broadcasters a scalable automation solution with numerous functionality options, such as the ability to manage satellite feed recording and the auto-failover redundancy. The FastBreak NXT series combines the latest in Windows navigation tools into a broadcast-centric workflow. It also provides an easy path to more powerful Sundance systems, such as Titan automation.
