Quartz Electronics will introduce several new lines of routers at NAB2004.

The Xenon is a high-performance multi-format router available in 4RU (up to 64x64 total inputs and outputs per frame) and 8U (up to 128x128 total inputs and outputs per frame) sizes.

Also making its introduction at NAB is the Topaz low-cost router range. Initial models include SDI and HD-SDI, in addition to analog video and audio. The new low-cost range offers 16x16 and 32x32 sixes in each format. Topaz is available for standalone operation or may be integrated into larger Quartz routing systems.
