Nucomm to unveil Analog Coder 2 modulator at NAB Show

Nucomm will debut its upgraded Analog Coder 2 modulator at the NAB Show, April 20-23, in Las Vegas.

Expanding on its original Analog Coder introduced in 2001, which had a max data rate of 19.39Mb/s, the Analog Coder 2 is capable of accepting input data rates of 1Mb/s-25Mb/s as well as a T1 data pack.

Using existing analog infrastructures, the Analog Coder 2 allows signals such as the ATSC 19.39Mb/s data stream and a full T1 data pack to be transmitted with no loss in signal quality. The device can accommodate DVB-ASI and SMPTE-310M as either input or output formats.
