BBC signs agreement for Vizrt 3D graphics systems
By TVTechnology published
Vizrt has entered a four-year framework agreement with the BBC to be the network's sole provider of live, rendered 3-D graphics systems.
The agreement provides a way for any part of the BBC to purchase Vizrt graphics software. The BBC has nine TV channels broadcasting within the UK and 19 national and regional stations. The agreement covers Vizrt's real-time 3-D graphics design, rendering and template graphics systems and runs through 2010.
See Vizrt at NAB2006 in booth SL1323 and SL3048-MR or visit www.vizrt.com.
