Wheatstone to unveil audio forum at NAB2004

Wheatstone will introduce a new generation of consoles at NAB2004.

Set to be unveiled at the show:

  • Satellite Router Cage: A studio-sized router that has all the capabilities of the Bridge router but is scaled to meet the needs of individual studio locations. It uses the same card family as the larger Bridge router. The 10-slot Satellite router has all the necessary functionality, including routing, networking, mixing and logic I/0 – in any combination desired, allowing mix surfaces to be configured together or operate as individual mix islands. Installation is accomplished via single wire CAT5 connections.
  • D-9TV digital television console: Can direct any source to any fader and is equipped with integral dynamics/EQ functions along with full event recall. Multiple mix-minus clean feeds, individual channel Bus-Minus outputs, and 5.1 digital surround sound ensure optimum broadcast clarity and its compact size merits its selection for remote truck installations. The Wheatstone Bridge Engine powers the console.
