KWWL-TV in Waterloo, Iowa, is joining forces with The Telegraph Herald in Dubuque on news coverage. The TV station is owned by Quincy Newspapers in Quincy, Ill. The Herald is owned by Woodward Communications in Dubuque.
KWWL will contribute video; the Herald, “depth and detail,” according to Editor & Publisher. The TV station is already feeding weather data to the newspaper, and its Dubuque reporters have been relocated to the Herald offices.
