Tampa Microwave acquires Morrow Technologies lines

E2G Partners in Tampa, FL, doing business as Tampa Microwave, announced that it has completed the acquisition of the spectrum analyzer, carrier monitoring and Signal Intelligence Receiver (SIGINT) assets of Morrow Technologies in St. Petersburg, FL.
Morrow Technologies will continue doing business with its JANUSTM Digital Displays product line at its current location, under the direction of its president, Sharon Morrow. The intellectual property, trademarks and capital equipment associated with the SIGINT and spectrum analysis/monitoring products have become the property of Tampa Microwave.
Engineering personnel involved in the design, development, production and customer support of the products have relocated to Tampa Microwave’s facilities in Tampa. John Morrow, co-founder of Morrow Technologies, will continue as a senior engineering consultant.
