Swedish TV network adds EditShare

SVT, the Swedish public TV network, has purchased a 3RU EditShare with 8TBs of storage for use in its network drama department.

The SVT Sports Division had leased an EditShare from Danmon Svenska as part of its coverage of the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. The saved time and workflow improvements during the games convinced SVT that EditShare could add similar benefits to production efforts in other departments.
