Sencore Explores Acquisition of Wegener

Both Sencore and Wegener have announced that they have entered into a “non-binding letter of intent regarding a possible acquisition of Wegener by Sencore.”

Sencore is based in Sioux Falls, S.D. and Wegener is headquartered in Duluth, Ga.
