QuStream Corp. has made Howard Sutton its interim president and CEO. He replaces Fred Godard who will remain a director of QuStream.
A sub-committee of the board of directors of QuStream has been formed to oversee the operations of QuStream and to lead the search for a permanent replacement for Godard.
The company has also appointed Charles D. Tillett its vice president and general manager.
Tillett has more than 30 years experience leading organizations in the electronic industry. He has held senior level positions, including his recent post as president and chief operating officer of Innovative Technical Services.
