Pathfire has promoted Rick Young to vice president of product management.
Young's will lead the design and implementation of Pathfire's high-value media and entertainment products.
Young has been a key consultant on Pathfire's Digital Media Gateway and Pathfire Direct products, using his 15-plus years industry experience, according to the Atlanta-based company. Pathfire provides digital content distribution and management systems for the broadcast, media and entertainment industries.
Young previously worked for content providers as well as media technology companies including ABC Television and the Associated Press.
