Carter S. Kaufmann, founder and owner of Gaithersburg, Md.-based Professional Products, Inc. died unexpectedly on Sept. 25 of a pulmonary embolism while vacationing in Spain. He was 70.
Kaufmann had been a leader in the field of audio/video implementation for more than 40 years. His company is known nationwide for its work in the field of audio, video and technology design and construction.
A memorial service is scheduled Oct. 1 at 11:30 a.m. at the Washington Hebrew Congregation.
