Leader Electronics reported increased interest in its signal analyzers at IBC2004 in Amsterdam last month.
Paul Vos, managing director of elQuip BV attributes the interest to more affordable flat-panel displays and increased availability of HD programming. Eindhoven-based elQuip is the European master distributor for Leader.
Leader showcased its LV5750 portable multistandard HD-SDI/SD-SDI monitor, which supports 1080i, 720p and eighteen other video formats. Features include DC-power, tripod attachment, embedded audio headphone output and a 1024x768 TFT LCD screen.
The latest intelligent multiformat generator from Leader was also exhibited at IBC. The LT448m incorporates all patterns, formats and outputs required in the development and maintenance of CRT monitors, LCD frames and projectors. The generator also supports HDTV.
