ISIS Group recently acquired Graham-Patten Systems (GPS) from Klotz Digital America.
GPS is a manufacturer of post-production and television audio gear, and won an Emmy for its D/ESAM digital edit suite audio mixers.
The new ISIS Group division will continue developing the next generation of audio mixing, conversion and distribution products.
Steven Block CEO of ISIS--based in Grass Valley, Calif.--said that GPS employees would be able to keep their jobs.
"Our goal now is to return GPS to being a great supplier of audio equipment to the broadcast industry," said Block.
