Patti S. Hart, a former president/COO of Sprint's long distance service division, has been tapped as the new chairman/CEO of Pinnacle Systems, replacing Kim Fennell, who resigned in November 2003. Ms. Hart was also elected to the board, filling an open position.
Hart was most recently the chairman and CEO of Excite@Home and is also a former president and CEO of Telocity, a DSL provider acquired by DirecTV in 2001.
