Ralph E. Faison, current Andrew president and COO, was chosen by the Andrew Board of Directors as its president and CEO. Faison replaces Dr. Floyd L. English, who will continue as Andrew chairman until February 2004.
Faison became president and COO in June 2002 when his company, Celiant Corp. was acquired by Andrew for $470 million.
Faison will take over during the company's annual stockholder meeting in February.
