AmberFin, a UK-based provider of content repurposing technology, has announced the appointment of Peter Elleby to the position of vice president of engineering for the company. He will be responsible for both developing new business opportunities and for overseeing the research leading to creation of new products.
Elleby was vice president of engineering for Touch Clarity, and earlier held the position of chief technologist at Brooks Automation. He was a research fellow at the University of Reading and has published more than 30 technical papers in the field of artificial intelligence and real-time optimization.
