Telemetrics is at the IBC Show with demonstrations of the company’s latest generation of CPS-LG-S Legislative control system for automated television coverage of rulemaking bodies. It has software that provides customized touch screens of the user’s legislative chambers to allow fast, easy and accurate positioning of cameras during legislative sessions. The application features 6,000 presets and works with multiple cameras, audio sources and graphics. It’s also compatible with switchers and character generators from third-party sources.
The CPS-LG-S system allows easy switching of camera control from an automated mode to a robotics-only mode and provides users with the ability to manage cameras from several rooms within multiple locations. It has 500 dynamically assignable seats per legislative session and provides 16 preset positions per seat, which may be assigned to any camera.
