Telecast Fiber introduces Adder II audio multiplexer with Natrix Bus
By TVTechnology published
Telecast Fiber Systems has introduced the Adder II series of audio multiplexers.
A configurable Natrix bus architecture that cascades individual frames of 16 AES or analog audio channels to form a fiber trunk capable of distributing up to 256 AES or 512 analog audio channels is central to the Adder II.
With the Natrix technology, Adder II provides broadcasters with flexibility in configuring a faster, more reliable audio distribution network.
The Natrix 1.5Gb/s bus architecture enables users to configure their audio networks to match the exact complement of channels needed for an application, simply by adding additional 1-RU Adders.
