The HD3060 is the latest addition to Snell & Wilcox's switcher range and is a 3M/E HD switcher that targets live production.
It has 64 inputs (expandable to 128), twelve keyers, including four DSKs, and works in all HD formats. It offers up to four two-channel DVEs that can apply effects to the keyers and background transitions, including warps, tiling, rippling, rolls and peels and lighting effects.
The HD3060 includes HD and SD switching, breakaway M/E control with separate control panel, macro function and integration with external devices in the production environment. An optional RAM recorder, FlexiCache, adds stings and bumps to live HD production with control from the switcher, with up to two minutes of 1080/60i. Up to four FlexiCache outputs can be fed directly into the switcher.
