At IBC 2009, NETIA is moving its stand from Hall 8 to Hall 1, and highlighting new capabilities for its Manreo media asset management platform.
The Claret, France-based company will share its stand with parent company Globecast, allowing both companies to focus on their integrated solutions across the broadcast chain. The integration of NETIA’s dynamic Manreo MAM solution with its Radio-Assist suite of digital audio software programs, provides users instant access to all types of media whether archived or online. As a result, media ranging from audio and video to images and text is available for immediate review and can subsequently be restored for repurposing and delivery to broadcast and/or broadband/mobile channels.
Manreo is designed to maximize productivity gains in asset management and the use of rich media, which in turn can be repurposed and published to platforms such as Web portals and mobile devices. Manreo supports all industry-standard formats, ingesting content, generating browse proxies, enriching media through speech-to-text functionality and providing easy access to media.
The integration of NETIA’s Manreo MAM system with Radio-Assist supports three publishing models to help users optimize workflow in providing media to the right audience in the right format. A convenient tab allows the operator to publish audio-only content and metadata; audio and associated media, such as video, text and images; or a group of items for automotive conversion and publishing to multiple destinations.
NETIA will be in Stand 1.B40.
