Matrox Video Products Group has begun shipping the new PCI Express (PCIe) version of the Matrox Axio LE real-time HD and SD editing platform.

Matrox Axio LE provides a complete post-production solution for users of Adobe CS3 Production Premium.

Key features of Matrox Axio LE include:

  • Full-resolution, mixed-format, multiplayer real-time editing of HD and SD video, graphics and effects;
  • Real-time Matrox Flex CPU effects, such as color correction, speed changes and chroma/luma keying;
  • Real-time and accelerated Matrox Flex GPU effects, such as 2-D/3-D DVE, blur/glow/soft focus and shine;
  • Native MXF file support for Panasonic P2, Sony XDCAM and Sony XDCAM HD in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
