Doremi Labs is now shipping the TSS-100 transport stream server for DTV delay applications, which performs a time delay of any ATSC DTV format.
A SMPTE 310M signal fed to the TSS-100 can be delayed up to 13 hours, while maintaining video, audio and other data on the signal. All TSS-100 functions are controlled by a Java-based software application via 100Base T Ethernet. The control software allows the user to set the desired delay time and start the delay process from any networked station.
The TSS-100, the newest addition to Doremi Lab's broadcast delay product line, is built on a dedicated hardware platform in a 2 RU chassis.
