Dielectric enhances engineering, customer support teams

Dielectric Communications has created the Engineering Development Program (EDP) and added three new engineers to develop and refine its transmission systems, the company said in mid-October.

Dielectric also has enhanced its customer service center with new staff members. The expanded customer service center will focus on supplying ongoing custom order and technical support.

The EDP offers a 24-month rotational position through which new engineering graduates enrich their skills in the four key engineering cornerstones of lean manufacturing, product design, application engineering, and product development. Alternatively the EDP engineer can enter the 24-month manufacturing program with an emphasis on manufacturing engineering, materials acquisition and scheduling, quality control and customer service, and design engineering.
