Daily Podcasts Capture Key Happenings at NAB2006

NAB is offering daily podcasts of NAB2006 in Las Vegas from Sunday through Wednesday. The five-minute video segments are produced in conjunction with Future Media Concepts and will feature a brief recap of the day's events.

The video programs are available through a free subscription to Future Media Concept's podcast RSS feed that is featured on iTunes, through a clickable link that is sent via a daily e-mail or on the NAB2006 Web site.

"Emerging distribution vehicles such as podcasts offer exciting possibilities to broadcasters and audiences all over the world," said NAB President and CEO David K. Rehr. "We are looking forward to highlighting the multitude of groundbreaking events happening at this year's show to viewers around the globe."

NAB said the podcasts will include footage from featured events at the show including highlights of the conference's keynotes, exclusive backstage interviews with presenters and award winners, and coverage from the exhibits floor.
