Director James Cameron will take an in-depth look at the future of digital 3-D during his Digital Cinema Summit keynote April 23 at NAB2006.
National Association of Theatre Owners president John Fithian will join Cameron in a dialog Sunday afternoon that will bring together two industry leaders with overlapping goals and concerns.
The pair will explore the future of the theater-going experience, digital cinema and digital 3-D. Cameron's keynote will take place in the morning and the Cameron/Fithian dialog is scheduled for the afternoon. Fithian also will deliver the April 22 keynote at the Digital Cinema Summit. The Digital Cinema Summit will features case studies, tutorials, keynotes and panels that examine practical issues arising from the production, post production, distribution and exhibition of digital cinema.
